View serviceA plain walk-through of your first massage at 2033 Foot Massage on Airline Rd — booking, arriving, what happens in the room, and how to make the hour feel easy.

For a first massage in Corpus Christi, send a quick message or call (361) 695-1797, arrive about five minutes early, mention any tight spots and how much pressure you like, then rest on a draped table in a private room. Swedish or Relaxation is the simplest first pick. Sessions are $50 for 30 minutes or $70 for 60.
Plenty of people put off a first massage for years, not because they do not want one but because they are unsure how it works. Do you call ahead? What do you wear? What happens once the door closes? At 2033 Foot Massage, tucked into Suite H1 on Airline Rd on the Southside, we hear these questions every week — so here is the whole visit laid out from start to finish, with nothing left to guess.
Booking takes about a minute. Chat with us online or call (361) 695-1797, say which service sounds right and whether you would like 30 or 60 minutes, and we will set a time aside. Same-day openings are common, but a message first means the room is prepared before you pull into the lot.
You do not need to bring anything. Come in whatever is comfortable — gym clothes after the Island University, scrubs after a shift at Spohn South, or work boots from the refinery side of town are all normal here. Try to skip a heavy meal right beforehand and have some water on the drive over.
If anything matters to you, mention it when you book or at the front desk:

Your therapist shows you to a private room with low light and a freshly made table, then steps out so you can get settled. Undress as much or as little as you like — a sheet covers you the whole time, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
The session starts broad, warming up the muscles across the back before spending longer on the spots you mentioned. Your therapist will check in on pressure early on; after that, the pace stays slow and even. Nobody expects you to know anything or do anything in particular.
The one thing that genuinely helps is honesty. Too firm, too soft, a little cold, a spot that needs more time — say it out loud the moment you notice. It is never a bother, and it is the fastest route to an hour that feels made for you. Some guests chat, most go quiet, and a fair number fall asleep. All three are fine.

When in doubt, go gentle. Swedish and Relaxation both rely on smooth, flowing strokes and light-to-medium pressure, which makes them the most comfortable way to find out what you enjoy. If your main hope is to unwind after a long week, either one does the job.
If you are showing up with something specific — a knotted shoulder from hauling gear, a stiff back from the commute down SPID — say so. We may point you toward Deep Tissue for firmer overall work, or Trigger Point if it is one spot that keeps returning. Shiatsu is a good middle ground for guests who would rather stay covered and skip the oil entirely.
You also do not have to commit to a full hour on day one. A 30-minute Swedish is a low-pressure way to test the water, and the next visit can be longer once you know what you like. Every service here is easy to adjust partway through, so there is no wrong door to walk through.
When time is up, take a slow minute before sitting upright, and drink some water on the way out. Feeling loose, a little drowsy, and lighter through the shoulders is normal — give yourself a calm few minutes rather than rushing back onto Airline Rd.
Make a mental note of what worked: the pressure, the extra time on the neck, the room temperature. Telling us next time makes the second visit even easier to dial in. Many first-timers end up settling into a rhythm, such as a 60-minute session every few weeks to stay ahead of the tension.
Pricing stays the same no matter how you book: $50 for 30 minutes and $70 for 60. Tipping is never required — always appreciated, completely your choice. We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, there is a shower on site if you want to rinse off before heading out, and parking in the lot is free. Whenever you are ready, chat with us or call (361) 695-1797 and we will take it from there.

Steady pressure · stiff, tense muscles
Rhythmic finger, thumb, and palm pressure worked along the body, often over the sheet. A grounding, unhurried option for stiffness and built-up tension.
View serviceNo. Arrive a few minutes early, wear something comfortable, and we walk you through the rest.
Only as far as feels right. A sheet covers you throughout, and Shiatsu can even be done fully over the sheet.
Of course. Most guests do. The only thing worth speaking up about is pressure and comfort.
You can try, and it often works, but a quick chat message or call to (361) 695-1797 first means a room is ready when you arrive.
Right in the lot outside Suite H1 — free, with plenty of space even on busy evenings.
Not here. Your therapist steps out while you get ready, you stay covered the whole time, and you can ask for lighter pressure or a pause at any point. Most first-time massage guests relax within the first few minutes.
